TRUMARK'S TAPERED POWERBANDS improves the operating efficiency of slingshots. Easier to pull back to shooting position than normal-pull bands, tapered bands are designed to release maximum energy with minimum arm and hand strain while aiming and shooting. These sling shot bands are 15 to 35% more efficient than standard non tapered bands. They are excellent for tournament shooting where faster sling shot ammo velocity and accuracy helps to increase Bull’s-Eye scores. The bands can be installed with a small amount of alcohol without use of tools, strings, or glue.

Sling shot powerbands, being organic, are affected by the elements and have a limited lifespan if not protected. Do not store your slingshot or replacement bands near electrical devices such as airconditioners...more about powerband life.

The best way to help condition your RRT bands against the elements is with 303 Aerospace Protectant. Trumark ® powerbands are packaged straight (a Trumark exclusive) in air-tight, hermetically sealed blisters that helps prevent band deterioration before installation. NOTE: Powerbands sold that are packaged folded or in a curl will take on a "set", and will not shoot as accurate when installed.
